The Balearics

The sun-soaked Balearic archipelago with its poetic bays, beautiful beaches, turquoise waters and delightfully mild sailing conditions is accessible to all levels of sailors, and the sailing season, while at its busiest in the summer months endures for much of the year. Charter a chic catamaran or an elegant sailing yacht and add a crew for a completely hands-off sailing experience.

The Spanish Balearic islands have a great variety of sailing yachts, catamarans and motor yacht options available for bareboat charter, with a skipper or crewed luxury yacht charter. Check out the islands below!

Ibiza

Much more than just a party island, Ibiza offers a very beautiful coastline to explore on a Mediterranean yacht charter holiday. Ibiza Town is worth exploring too. In addition to its many lively clubs, restaurants and bars, there is a walled citadel of narrow alleys within the old town, the Dalt Vila - a world heritage site where time stands still.

Setting off from Ibiza Port, pass along the west coast overlooked by pine-clad hills to discover the Els Amunts region. Inland the area is filled with almond, fig and olive trees, whilst its coastline is noted for stunning cliffs, sandy beaches and hidden creeks - the perfect place to drop the anchor and spend the day relaxing on deck or cooling off in the clear, turquoise waters.

Menorca

Charter to the sun-bleached landscapes of Menorca with its white and golden-sand bays after spending a few days on Mallorca or Ibiza. Explore the coves of Cala en Turqueta, which gets its name from the turquoise waters, or spend your day in Menorca’s protected Unesco Biosphere Reserve, The Parc Natural S'Albufera des Grau. It's a haven for wetland birdlife (including coots and fish eagles) and species like Lilford's wall lizards and Hermann's tortoises.
