Marina Guide

ACI Marina Split See Yachts The ACI Split marina is about a 20-minute walk to Split town, which is a stunning place to explore on your first and/or final evening, walking through twisty streets and tight alleys paved with smooth stone. Good views of Diocletian's palace, and good access by dinghy to the town quay. The city of Split is a great combination of ancient and modern. There is a second, smaller marina inside the ACI Marina Split which has a few more charter yachts, including some excellent skippered or bareboat motor boat options.

Marina Kastela See Yachts One of the nicer large marinas, some of our favourite charter companies are based here. A rocky mountain ridge runs along the back of Kastela, a popular charter base. The town is full of traditional Croatian architecture, with terracotta rooftops. The new marina is very modern, well laid out and well equipped, with an indoor pool, and a waterfront restaurant with glass walls, giving incredible views over the large natural bay.

Marina Agana - See Yachts Charter marina exclusively home to a large British charter company. The marina is in a small village at the end of the bay, with an imposing tower standing proud on the southern bank.

Several restaurants line the waterfront and there is a supermarket a short walk away. Nice and quiet without being anything special.

Marina Frapa, Rogoznica - See Yachts

Marina Frapa benefits from one of the prettiest seaward approaches to a marina anywhere in Europe, which makes for a joyful end to your week in Croatia. The town of Rogoznica would not be out of place in the Riviera, with a low sea wall lined with pretty buildings.

The well-protected Marina Frapa is in a lovely setting, tucked into the corner of a natural harbour, opposite the beautiful town church. The town has several good and popular restaurants – Antonijo is famed for its fish, while Mario offers superb service.

A destination marina, and a good place to get into the swing of your charter.
