Where to go in 2025

Our Top 5 Bucket List Destinations

Norway

Norway has to be top of our bucket list locations! Breathtaking fjords, wonderful wildlife and a myriad of islands are on offer in Norway, it really is a truly incredible destination away from the populated crowds and off the beaten track.

To experience the longer days with the most sunlight, we recommend visiting during April - July.

The Lagoon 51 Nordvaer is the perfect way to explore Norway on a yacht charter.

Mauritius

Another must visit destination for 2024!

Mauritius is full of wonderful things to see and do; beautiful anchorages, crystal clear snorkelling spots and unspoilt beaches along with the island’s exotic natural beauty is what makes this a bucket list destination.

Safari experiences and spotting whales and dolphins in their natural habitat is also all possible here!

The Nautitech Catamaran is the perfect way to explore.

Indonesia

A vast archipelago with over 17,000 islands, Indonesia provides endless opportunities for exploring!

From the Pink Beach in Flores to the famous dive sites in Raja Ampat, Indonesia offers once in a lifetime experiences and incredible sea life; manta rays, whale sharks and dolphins are just a few you can expect to spot.

Sailing on a luxury, traditional Indonesian Phinisi is an incredible way to charter and see the best bits of Indonesia, wherever you chose to explore.

Sailing conditions here are generally reliable with consistent winds and calm seas.

British Virgin Islands

One of the world's most popular charter bases, the glorious BVIs are home to some of the Caribbean’s most sensational cruising grounds, and some of its most infamous beach bars.

Comprising of around 60 Caribbean islands with only a few of them inhabited, the BVIs offer ultimate peace and tranquillity - with sailing conditions to match.

With consistent, warm trade winds and line-of-site navigation between sheltered anchorages, it’s no surprise that the BVI’s turquoise waters invite more yachts than anywhere else in the world. These calm and clear conditions are ideal for a smooth ride.

Begin your BVI sailing adventure in Tortola, where you can charter a yacht from Sopers Hole, Nanny Cay or Road Town, each a gateway to the glorious island group. There’s plenty to see along the way, including Virgin Gorda, home to the Baths Marine Park. You’ll see impressive granite boulders and sail through mystical pools and caves.

Sail to Jost van Dyke, drop anchor in tranquil White Bay and swim ashore for a superb Painkiller cocktail, paid for with wet bills at the Soggy Dollar Bar. Be sure to stop off at Anegada, where you can catch a glimpse of the island’s resident pink flamingoes as they cool off in salt ponds.

Feeling adventurous? You’ll have to go for a snorkel over the RMS Rhone at Cooper Island. The wreck is a steamer ship which sunk in 1867 and remains impressively intact, offering a window into the history of the Caribbean. Home to some impressive aquatic species, the wreck is an absolute must-see.

We recommend visiting between November - March, although the weather is great all year round apart from hurricane season in September.

Croatia

Pula

A favourite holiday spot of European royalty and aristocracy for centuries and a must see in Croatia!

Istria is a region known for its wine, so Pula is not short of wine tasting experiences and sensational seafood restaurants. With plenty of rich history on offer, there is plenty to do for everyone here.

Set sail and visit the amazing Brijuni National Park, full of wildlife to explore!

There is some excellent and occasionally challenging sailing to be had in this northern corner of the Dalmatian Coast. Despite being slightly more barren than the more southerly islands, those in the Kvarner Gulf are largely untouched.
