About GREY WOLF

Best for: families with children, with groups of friends looking for a lively water-sports programme a close second.

GRAY WOLF is a 33-metre Maiora motor yacht built in 2006, accommodating up to 12 guests across five cabins, and her standout is a chef, Theodore Pavlov, whose CV spans AMAN Resorts in Porto Kheli and Courchevel, Head Chef roles in Athens and Tinos, and years as private chef to high-profile families in Dubai. That galley pedigree, rare at this size, means meals aboard are a genuine part of the experience rather than an afterthought.

She sleeps guests in a master suite with a king bed and indoor Jacuzzi, a main-deck VIP stateroom, a further king cabin, and two twin cabins each with a Pullman berth, all with en-suite facilities. Captain Dimitris Kekis leads a six-person crew and brings personal expertise in diving and spearfishing that complements a toy list covering a Yamaha jet ski, two Sea Bobs, canoes, a banana boat, water skis, and fishing and snorkelling gear. Based in Piraeus, she is well placed for Greek island cruising with a crew built to run hard days on the water and relaxed evenings at the table.

Good to know

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. If in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.
The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which will generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.
We recommend (10-15% for the Med) (15-20% for the Caribbean/Bahamas) of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).
We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
