KING OF DIAMONDS is a Lagoon 560 S2, a 17-metre catamaran refitted in 2024 and cruising from Lixouri in Greece. The standout here is the team running her: captain George Maleas knows the Greek islands inside out, and the chef trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and previously worked aboard the Maltese Falcon, so the food aboard is a genuine reason to book.

Five cabins, four doubles and one with bunks, sleep up to ten guests with two crew, or eight with three crew, making her a natural fit for two families or an extended group travelling together. The huge living space, large flybridge and forward lounge give everyone room to spread out, and a recently refreshed deck means the outdoor areas look their best. For days at anchor there are kayaks, paddleboards, a floating mat, snorkelling gear for ten and a tender, plus a barbecue for relaxed evenings aboard.
