WINTER 2025/2026 RATES CARIBBEAN Yacht is offered with 4 cabins - 8 guests. 5th cabin/10 guests upon request. 48 hours turnaround. Fully - inclusive rates for 8 days and 7 nights. Rates may be prorated for charters longer or shorter than 7 nights, using the "Divide-by-6" rule for charters 5 nights or less. Full board includes all meals aboard (Seven breakfasts, 6 lunches and 7 dinners), full bar and wine pairings. It is customary for guests to eat one meal (lunch or dinner) per week ashore at their own expense. Land-based excursions, fishing licenses, transfers, rendezvous activities, crew gratuities and travel insurance are not included in the charter rate. Minimum charter length: 4 nights. Charters of less than 4 nights available depending on schedule and season, please inquire. 7-night minimum over Christmas and New Years. Christmas: Flat rate $63,000 New Years: Flat rate $65,000 + APA 5% Rates are Caribbean Terms: Inclusive Taxes, re-location fees, cruising permits and licenses may be extra. Please verify with CA. MYBA CARIBBEAN SPECIAL CONDITIONS Charter fee and operating costs may be subject to VAT, depending on cruising grounds. Charterer acknowledges responsibility for any taxes levied against this agreement. Children are to be under supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times. It is highly recommended that the Charterer consider obtaining Personal Travel Insurance, Cancellation/Curtailment Insurance, and Charterer's Liability Insurance. Crew gratuity is customary and ranges from 10% to 20%, it is given at the Charterer's discretion. Use of personal water craft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting with local regulations. Any liability arising from non-compliance is entirely at the operator's risk. Contrary to Clause 8 of this agreement the charter fee is all inclusive except special requests (fine wines, champagne, specific alcoholic drinks, excessive alcoholic consumption), local cruising taxes and permits, air fares, transfer airport/yacht/airport, dockage fees if any, use of communications means available on board and crew gratuity. Above listed additional expenses can be covered from the small APA deposited on stakeholder's account. Unused small APA funds can be returned to the Charterer by wire transfer. Wifi is available were geographically possible. Available in St. Barth, St. Martin and the BVI. Relocation fees may apply.

Captain: Thomas Karanatsis

Born in Greece, Captain Thomas Karanatsis is a seasoned and highly capable skipper with extensive international sailing experience. Since 2010, he has accumulated over 35,000 nautical miles across Greece, Turkey, Croatia, Spain, and the Caribbean, including multiple Atlantic crossings. Having worked as a freelance charter captain for more than a decade, Thomas combines exceptional seamanship with strong leadership and a calm, professional demeanor. His background in the hospitality industry, spanning 17 years in restaurants and hotels, enhances his ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience with attention to detail and warm Greek hospitality. Holding an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with commercial endorsement, as well as Greek Offshore and Motor Yacht Licenses (up to 70ft) and STCW 10 certification, Captain Thomas ensures safety, comfort, and enjoyment on every voyage. Fluent in English and Greek, with a working knowledge of Spanish, he brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a deep love for the sea to every charter he commands.

Chef: Panagiotis Mouchas

Panagiotis is a passionate and experienced chef dedicated to crafting exceptional culinary experiences. He completed his culinary training at Le Monde Culinary School in Athens in November 2012. Since 2016, he has refined his expertise as a chef de partie in Athens and Nea Erythrea, advancing to sous chef and head chef roles in Mykonos and Romanos, with a strong focus on Mediterranean cuisine. With extensive experience in kitchen management, menu development, and cost control, Panagiotis is committed to continuous growth and embraces challenges with enthusiasm. His expertise includes designing innovative recipes, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality, and consistently delivering high-standard dishes. Known for his analytical mindset and creative approach to food, he expertly incorporates seasonal ingredients and adapts to evolving customer preferences to elevate the dining experience.

Currently studying Business Management with Finance, Stefanie is highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional comfort throughout their time onboard. Holding her STCW certification and a Greek Sailing License for vessels up to 24m, she pairs her enthusiasm for the sea with strong practical skills on deck. Fluent in English, Polish, and Greek, and conversational in Spanish and Portuguese, Stefanie creates a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere on board, making every journey both smooth and memorable.

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. if in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.
The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which wil generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.
We recommend (10-15% for the Med) (15-20% for the Caribbean/Bahamas) of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).
We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
