Rate notes

Base rates include rental of yacht and amenities, fuel for motoring (3/4 hours per day), local mooring fees, crew, cleaning, yacht insurance, linen and towels (changed twice per week and upon request), WIFI, & air-con. Rates exclude fuel for any motorised water sports, private marina fees, National park entry fees, dry cleaning (personal laundry), special requests, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages are ordered in by the Charterer and paid locally), airport transfers, Crew gratuity, and catering expenses. Full board is €700.00 per adult per week or €350.00 for children aged 6-12 years old. Infants and children 0-5 years are free. There are additional costs for itineraries which include the Greek islands (where permitted). These are fuel duties, customs formalities both ways, harbour duties, transit log, Tepai/Tepadai taxes, and local agency fees plus any additional local costs which may or may not be requested. The Lycian Queen is licensed to include the Greek islands on any Turkey-Greece-Turkey route with a total of 18 guests. Please note that Greek itineraries are not guaranteed and are subject to prevailing conditions in the Eastern Aegean sea. VAT: Turkish Vat is charged at 20% of the charter rate before meals and expenses. Port and anchorage fees, National park entrance fees, and any applicable Tourist taxes are to be paid on the spot in cash (itinerary dependent). The total cost per week depends on your selected itinerary. Overnight stays in marinas and harbours are payable locally.

Good to know

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. if in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.
The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which wil generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.
We recommend (10-15% for the Med) (15-20% for the Caribbean/Bahamas) of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).
We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
