Thailand Catamaran Charter
Emerald waters, sensational wildlife, and mythical temples!
Thailand is in many ways the perfect destination for a catamaran charter, with shallow bays like the glorious Maya Bay (Koh Phi Phi), and sparkling sands you can't access by any other means.
A Thailand catamaran charter offers space, comfort, freedom and something no other destination can - unlimited access to dreamy islands with picture-perfect beaches, lapped by the emerald green Andaman Sea.
For a relaxing Thailand yacht charter, a catamaran may be the ultimate holiday boat. They are perfect for non-sailors, as they provide a stable and safe place, where everything is always on an even keel. The sheer amount of space makes a catamaran very attractive, especially in Southeast Asia, where you’re mostly anchoring and there aren’t many harbours or tight spaces.
Charter yachts have really stepped up in recent years, with manufacturers like Lagoon and Fountaine Pajot crafting excellent motor yacht catamaran and sailing catamaran models.

Sailing Conditions in Thailand
The weather is most easily split into two distinct seasons: the wet and dry seasons. Monsoons dominate the wet season, but for the most part, rains and storms last a couple of hours and bring bouts of humidity, but cause few problems for those who sail prepared.
Year-round heat means that beaches are accessible 365 days of the year, monsoon-depending. But predictable wind patterns make sailing in Thailand attractive for most of the year.
During the dry monsoon, the wind is a cooling NE. During the wet season the wind is almost always a warm SW breeze.
