About WHISPER

Best for: couples and small groups seeking a high-spec sailing experience, with corporate groups a close second.

Built by Holland Jachtbouw and launched in 2003, Whisper is a 35-metre sailing yacht that won the ShowBoats Award for Best Sailing Yacht Under 40 Metres in 2004, a distinction that sets her apart before you even step aboard. She carries a crew of five for up to six guests, meaning the ratio of attention to guests is genuinely exceptional. Her three en-suite cabins include a full-beam master with a centrelined queen berth and steam shower, a double guest cabin, and a twin, each stateroom finished with bathrobes, slippers, and a full set of L'Occitane bathroom products.

Whisper suits those who want sailing performance delivered without compromise on comfort. The raised pilothouse bar, full-width salon with dining, and a cockpit that seats up to ten give guests generous space to relax on deck or inside. On the water, the 15-foot Rendova tender with a 115 hp Yamaha, wakeboard, water skis, paddleboards, tubes, snorkel gear, and fishing equipment keep active groups well occupied. She is based in the United States and available for Caribbean charters.

Guest reviews

We had a great trip! Lovely yacht in exemplary condition, professional and very attentive crew, and a good itinerary with excellent weather.
Captain was excellent. Please pass on our thanks and enjoyment to the Owner. We would love to charter again! It was a memorable trip. Altogether a big success!!

We had a very nice time. This is really an excellent yacht, the best I have been on in a long time, in terms of appearance, upkeep, amenities, etc. Also the crew was the best we have had. This one gets very good reviews.

Good to know

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. if in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.
The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which wil generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.
We recommend (10-15% for the Med) (15-20% for the Caribbean/Bahamas) of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).
We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
