Jan's Feline is a brand-new 2025 Lagoon Seventy8, one of the largest and most capable power catamarans available in the British Virgin Islands, launched this year and crewed by a team of four. The standout here is Captain Kirk Robinson, a Yachtmaster-certified skipper with 22 years of Caribbean charter experience and a 90 per cent repeat-guest rate, who regularly catches fresh seafood to serve at dinner and tailors every itinerary around his guests.
Four cabins sleep up to eight: one king and three queen cabins, with the port aft queen convertible into two singles for younger travellers. On deck, two E-Foils, underwater lights, a foredeck shade option, and an outdoor movie screen give families and active groups plenty to do at anchor. Kirk's well-documented kid-friendly approach and deep knowledge of BVI's quieter anchorages make Jan's Feline a strong choice for any group that wants a captain who genuinely knows these waters.

Jan’s Feline offers one spacious primary cabin with a king bed, along with three queen cabins for guests.
The Port Aft queen cabin is especially versatile—its queen berth can be separated into two single beds, making it an ideal setup for children or solo travelers.

Our week in the BVI with this crew was truly a dream. Ludo’s food was absolutely delicious and indescribably good. I wish we could take him with us. Allie was also amazing, catering to our every need! Mollie was helpful as well and always busy making sure we were comfortable. Last but certainly not least, Captain Kirk is the best captain in the BVI! He was full of knowledge and was amazing to work with. Everyone was very patient with us and put up with all of our adventures! We can no longer travel again after this because our expectations are now unrealistic. I can’t thank everyone enough for this amazing trip. We got to snorkel and see things I never imagined! I also want to thank the owners for sharing their beautiful boat!

This yacht crew has exceeded my hopes and expectations. From the ultimate boat, the top-notch crew and amazing culinary skills of Ludo, the fun activities with Allie and Mollee’s sweet, patient explanations of the various water sports activities. Captain Kirk gave us such confidence that all was well and would remain good. Kirk’s enthusiasm for this marvelous boat was contagious. Every detail had been thought out and done. Wonderful experience overall. Everyone on the trip was gushing
afterwards on how exceptional the crew was - we expected a nice boat
(we could see the pictures!) but crew went above and beyond.
Loic - amazing food everyday and we are all picky foodies! And somehow
when someone mentioned something that would be nice to have at a
dinner conversation it would be in the meals next day. Also did a great job
serving more food when a couple people started begging for delicious
scraps...
Coty - Everything was setup beautifully, and also paid attention to small
details - she saw I was a Snickers fiend and they started appearing on my
nightstand after a few days... drinks were exceptional as well and I had
one of the best mint juleps I ever had on the boat - this is a genuinely
annoying drink to make and she had never made one before, but she
looked up the ingredients with a smile and happily crafted a delicious
beverage.
Chloe - Chatty, knowledgeable, and cheerful, Chloe was a great person for
the group to interface with and she never seemed to miss a beat despite
our group's quirkiness. We also had a beginner swimmer with us and he
felt completely comfortable in the water with her around.
Kirk - The group had dozens of varied interests and wants from the trip
and not only did they all get satisfied in his itinerary, the boat ride was
exceptionally comfortable. He also showed off his fishing skills and we
were lucky to catch a bonito tuna that chef Loic made for lunch!
The boat was a very comfortable and brand new Lagoon 78. Everything is
very well thought out and it's a very comfortable and completely
uncramped experience. Felt like a perfect size for the group and a great
layout if you want to interact with the crew (but there is still plenty of
opportunity for privacy!)
Honestly the only thing I can think of is something to turn off or cover the
lights on the AC remotes on the nightstands in the cabin. I just put pillows
on mine to block the light out. Maybe there was a proper way and I didn't
realize!
Nov 17-23 2025 - BVI
Our 1 week cruise was Epic. An absolute dream. Captain Kirk is a local and therefore expertly knowledgeable about when & where to dock, sail & play. The Cat was kept extremely clean & organized throughout. We gave Loic his own Michelin Star. There wasn't one meal off the boat that rivaled his meals. Cloe was a determined & highly skilled First Mate. Coty was a creative & attentive Stewardess. 10 out of 10 we would book Jan's Feline again. Thank you so much for such a dream & lux vacation. Well done, team. Well done.

This incredible boat and crew delivered a magical experience unparalleled by any other. Personalized and customized from the itinerary to the meals with warm and genuine crew who truly care and put forth every effort to make everything absolutely perfect. This was our first catamaran trip and we had no idea what an unforgettable experience this would be. It has been simply amazing! The crew was so attentive, taking care of every detail. Beyond that, they were a lot of fun, making sure we enjoyed all the sites and water toys.
