Best for: groups of friends after an active BVI week, with families of up to eight a close second.
Island Standard Time is a 2021 Bali Catamaran running four queen-berth guest cabins, each with its own en-suite head, shower and vanity, and individual air-conditioning. That private-cabin-for-every-couple layout is the single thing that makes her work so well for mixed groups: no one is bunking in, and no one shares a bathroom.
Captain Solomon Wood holds an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore with commercial endorsement and has spent four summers running private charters, so the BVI's anchorages and passages are well within his stride. Chef Cian Browne trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, graduating with first-class honours, and has since cooked in hatted Sydney restaurants and aboard charter yachts for groups of eight to ten. On deck, two sea scooters, two SUPs, a wakeboard and a floating dock keep active guests busy from breakfast to sundowners. Eleven completed charters confirm she runs consistently and books well.

Accommodations
4 queen berth guest cabins each with a private en-suite electric head, shower and sink/vanity. Starboard side heads have dry stall showers, port side heads have wet showers.
All cabins have individually contract air-conditioning for each cabins comfort.
Top desk fly-bridge with lounging and seating with a 360 degree view.
Forward cockpit and lounge and dining area.
Aft cockpit with seating and dining accommodations.
Main deck has a bright and airy main salon (fully air-conditioned) as the galley direct access to the forward cockpit lounge area.
BERTH SIZES:
All queen berths are 5'w X 6'6"L
Bunks: Top bunk 32"W x 75"L; bottom bunk 36"W x 75"L
**Crew take the twin bunk cabin. They will possibly relocate to another cabin for an additional fee of $800. Please inquire first.

Thank you so very much for an absolutely awesome week. We loved every moment on teh boat. The food was so delicious and beautifully decorated. It is going to be hard to go back home to our boring meals.

What a perfectly wonderful holiday! Solomon & Cian, you were absolutely wonderful! The combo of daily swimming, snorkeling, Cian's incredible food, setting sail and taking in the beauty of the BVI's under Solomon's expert guidance truly made for one of our top holidays of all time - a bucket list item that will now be a repeat, hopefully, around the world!!

Captain Sol & Chef Cian far exceeded all expectations! Their willingness to take us to the most special waters off the beaten path truly made for everlasting memories. They are so kind and professional.
Cian's meeals can be considered works of art. It is said 'first we feast with our eyes', and we did, every day, all day!! The BVI waters are so inviting, every stop was another opportunity to swim, play, relax.
We were so surprised to just how large 'Island Standard Time' lived. Seven of us + the crew and we never felt cramped. A perfect boat for us. True luxury. Till we meet again (and we will), thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
We are grateful for this incredible week spent with Caydon and Tash! They took us back to some of our favorite places while introducing us to new ones. We loved the itinerary and every day was a great adventure.
Every meal Tash prepared was a culinary masterpiece! She even made fresh bread throughout the week and catered to our preferences. One of our favorites was a breakfast of freshly made bagels with lox - delicious! One of our shared favorite memories was when we had an opportunity to play pickleball at Peter Island Resort followed up with a beautiful hike. Tash had snacks and drinks ready for us when we got back which was the perfect welcoming for us. As we sit here on our last day in the BVI, we look back on fantastic memories made alongside two new friends. Many thanks to Caydon and Tash!!
What a wonderful week with Tash and Caydon! Such a fun, courteous and skilled crew. Joyfully helped us with anything we asked. Always felt safe with Caydon’s sailing skill and knowledge. And Tash and her food creations . . . all better than any restaurant in our hometown. Truly spoiled us daily with culinary treats and works of art beyond our expectations. Thank you both for a fun and memorable week.
Caydon & Tash – It is hard to articulate what an amazing week this was! I’m sure it’s hard to have a “bad” week in the BVI’s but I’m also certain you two are the reason we enjoyed ourselves so much! With Caydon in charge, we were able to relax & not worry about safety or being able to see the best of the islands. The one-liners kept us laughing! Perfect mix of interaction & privacy! The food… oh my! Tash’s meals made us regret that we did half board! She is so talented, and we can’t wait to buy her cookbook! Hope we didn’t stress you guys out too much! We are counting down the days until we can join you all again on your next adventure!
Wow what a wonderful week of sailing, snorkeling, incredible food, laughter and special islands to visit. The six of us couldn’t have asked for a more memorable holiday.
