About FREE AT LAST

Best for: active groups of friends chasing water sports, with adventurous couples a close second.

FREE AT LAST is a 28.8-metre custom sailing yacht built in 2001, and her standout feature is a water-sports deck that punches well above the average charter boat: a Duotone e-foil, a Duotone wingfoil, two brand-new SUPs, snorkelling gear for all eight guests, and a 4.2-metre aluminium-hulled tender give a group serious options from first light to sundowner.

She accommodates up to eight guests across three ensuite cabins: a spacious master and two convertible cabins that can be configured as twins or doubles, making her a practical fit for a mixed group or two couples travelling together. Her four crew are led by Captain Patrice Andreani, an Ocean Master-qualified Frenchman with command experience across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic, and Indian Ocean, supported by First Mate Camille Lefevre, whose background spans charter programmes, deliveries, and galley work across the same ocean regions. That depth of crew means guests are looked after on deck, in the water, and at the table throughout Greek waters.

Good to know

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. if in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.
The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which will generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.
We recommend 10-15% of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).
We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
