The Captain will help with the provision delivery and storage in anticipating guests arrival. Also a chef/stewardess can be added to the charter, but this is up to 4 guests and using 2 cabins. Aquatic Odyssey will accommodate guests preferences in need. If Aquatic Odyssey goes for a charter with 4 guests including the chef/stewardess we will send the chef profile to the guests making the rates all inclusive

Aquatic Odyssey Offers CAPTAIN ONLY 10% SPRING INCENTIVE British Virgin Islands As we move into one of the strongest sailing windows of the year, Aquatic Odyssey is offering limited-time spring incentive. This discounts applies to bookings confirmed between March 1 and April 15 2026, for available charter dates between March 1 and May 30, 2026. Kindly note this offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations. Available now for 6 night minimum charters. Captain’s Services Include: - Provisioning Assistance: Expert help to stock the yacht. - Galley Support: Assistance with meal prep and after-meal clean-up. - Reservations Made Easy: From restaurants to day trips and onshore excursions. - Daily Tidying: Salon upkeep and mid-week linen changes for added comfort. - Coordination of Essentials: Moorings, anchoring, trash, ice, and more. - Water Activities: Orchestrating fun experiences on and in the water. Local Knowledge: - Guidance on cruising grounds and onshore activities. - Personalized recommendations for restaurants and excursions. - Engaging safety briefings and curated themed playlists. Good to know

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.

An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. if in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.

The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which wil generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.

We recommend (10-15% for the Med) (15-20% for the Caribbean/Bahamas) of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).

We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
