ADEONA is a 2021 Fountaine Pajot catamaran sailing Italy with a three-person professional crew: captain Adrien Bourcier, chef Aude Raynal, and steward-deckhand Alexia Brizi. The standout here is the galley: Aude trained formally in catering management and specialises in semi-gourmet cuisine built around fresh, seasonal produce, with full accommodation of vegetarian, vegan, keto, and gluten-free diets, so no guest goes unserved.

Up to eight guests share a master cabin and three VIP cabins, all en-suite, giving four couples or a family genuine privacy without compromise. On the water, the toy list runs deep: sea-scooters, a Seabob, wakeboard, water skis for adults and children, an E-Foil, E-Surf, kayak, three stand-up paddleboards, and snorkelling gear. Adrien brings Mediterranean and Caribbean multihull experience across vessels up to 75ft, so the seamanship matches the comfort.

MENU 

All menus are created according to the tastes and flavors of our customers,
using local, seasonal produce and the catch of the day.
Every need is possible on request.

1. BREAKFAST

  • Different types of eggs: scrambled, fried, omelette, boiled

  • Homemade pancakes, French toasts, crêpes, grilled cheese, bacon egg muffins

  • Fresh fruits, cereals and milk, yogurt, granola, charcuterie and cheese, avocado, jams, butter, bread, fruit juices & smoothies

  • Barista service: coffee, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, flat white, iced latte, and tea (all day long)

2. APÉRITIF

  • Apéritif platter with dips, charcuterie, local cheeses, arancini, samosas, chorizo cake, hazelnut & basil pesto puff pastry, and more

  • Homemade cocktails available on request: Daiquiri, Basil Smash, Espresso Martini, Mojito, Punch, Sangria, Negroni, etc.

3. STARTERS

  • Duo of green and yellow zucchini marinated with herbs, stracciatella, and paprika-toasted hazelnuts

  • Mimosa egg with Espelette pepper mayo, pancetta chips, and arugula

  • “Gaspacho du soleil” with garlic & parsley croutons, toasted pine nuts, olive oil

  • Grilled octopus with lime basil sauce

  • Egg parfait with parmesan cream, parsley oil, and chopped walnuts

  • Salad of roasted figs with honey, fresh spinach, walnuts, brie, and balsamic vinaigrette

  • Bruschetta with homemade focaccia and tomatoes marinated in Provençal herbs

4. MAIN COURSES

  • Fresh tuna tartar with leche de tigre, coconut rice, diced carrots, and grated radish

  • Truffle risotto with white fish fillet or grilled pancetta

  • Citrus roast chicken with honey and rosemary drizzle, served with parmesan & thyme potatoes

  • Shrimp fried rice served in half a pineapple

  • Linguine with garlic and coriander, roasted cherry tomatoes, and fresh local fish

  • Eggplant parmigiana served with local grilled meat

  • Sea bream ceviche with nectarine, jasmine Thai rice, and tomato rougail

  • Beef or lamb simmered in spices, with mashed potatoes (Emmental & fresh herbs)

5. DESSERTS

  • Chocolate moelleux with custard

  • Chocolate sea salt mousse

  • Tiramisu

  • Roasted peaches in basil syrup with lime and vanilla whipped cream

  • Lemon cream with speculoos crunch, served in a lemon half

  • French cheesecake with homemade passion syrup

  • “Crème aux œufs” on coconut biscuit

  • Panna cotta with seasonal fruit syrup

Good to know

We want to make sure you are well prepared and informed for your trip. Here are a few things you might want to know before you set off.
An APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) is an amount paid to the yacht before your charter. It's a fund to cover expenses such as food & drink eaten on board, fuel and mooring fees. At the end of your charter, you’ll receive a detailed document showing how the APA was spent, and any remaining balance will be refunded to you. if in doubt about what is included, ask your HELM broker.
The Captain will let you know if you're about to overspend and discuss your next steps, which wil generally be a bank transfer to top up the funds.
We recommend (10-15% for the Med) (15-20% for the Caribbean/Bahamas) of your charter fee, which will be split evenly among the crew (it's a nice touch to bring a blank envelope or a thank you card in advance).
We'll share your Captain's details with you a few weeks before your charter. We can set up a group chat with your group and the captain to discuss plans before you go.
